Cardio: Do You Need Hours of Cardio?

Many people think getting fit means long, exhausting cardio sessions.

You don't need endless cardio to build fitness

Shorter sessions done regularly add up to real improvements over time. A 15-minute run, a short ride or a quick swim all count.

If you enjoy longer sessions, go for it. If you're training for a specific event, like a half marathon, you'll need longer sessions to build up to the distance. If your goal is general health, regular short sessions will take you a long way.

Remember

It all adds up. Regular sessions you enjoy beat occasional long ones you dread.
