Health disclaimer
Everything here is general information, not medical advice. It doesn't know anything about you.

General information only
The library, the health audit and our emails are written for a general audience. They aren't medical, nutritional or psychological advice, and they don't take account of your health, your history or any condition you have.
Speak to a professional
If you have an existing condition, an injury, you're pregnant, you take medication, or you're unsure about starting something new, speak to your doctor or another qualified professional first. Do the same if something we suggest makes you feel worse.
Nothing here replaces advice from someone who can actually examine you, and you shouldn't delay getting medical help because of something you read on this site.
The audit isn't a medical assessment
The health audit asks 21 questions about your habits. It scores those habits and points at the one worth starting with. It isn't a diagnosis, a screening tool or a measure of your health, and a high score doesn't mean nothing's wrong.
Training and food
Exercise carries some risk, and so does changing how you eat. Start at a level that suits you, build up gradually, and stop if something hurts.
In an emergency
If you think you're having a medical emergency, call 000 (in Australia) or your local emergency number.
