Who we are

Ever Vital Health ("we", "us") publishes health and fitness information at evervitalhealth.com. You can reach us at evervitalhealthcontact@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, if you ask us to send you a 14-day plan after the health audit. We also save the result of that audit: which foundation we'd start you on, your seven scores and the date.
• An anonymous record of every completed audit. This is the date, the seven scores and the priority foundation. It has no name, email or anything else that identifies you, and we can't link it back to a person. We use it to see how people are getting on overall.
• Anything you put in an email to us, if you get in touch.
• Basic website statistics, like which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This is Wix's built-in analytics. We don't run advertising trackers.

We don't ask for your weight, your medical history or any other health records, and the audit doesn't store your individual answers.

Why we collect it

To send you the 14-day plan you asked for, to send occasional updates if you've agreed to that, to answer your emails, and to understand how the site is used so we can make it better. We don't sell your details to anyone, and we don't share them except with the services below that help us run the site.

Where it's kept

The website, the contact list and our email sending all run on Wix. Your details are stored on Wix's servers, which may be outside Australia. Wix handles that data for us under their own privacy terms.

Emails and unsubscribing

We only email you if you tick the box asking us to. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. You can also just reply and ask, and we'll take you off.

Cookies

Wix sets a small number of cookies that keep the site working and count visits. You can refuse the non-essential ones using the banner, or block cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site needs them to be useful.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. The anonymous audit records are kept indefinitely, because there's nothing in them to identify anyone.

Seeing, changing or deleting your details

Email us and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No reason needed. We'll do it within a reasonable time, and we may ask you to confirm the email address so we don't send someone else's details to the wrong person.

Children

This site is written for adults. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete them.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to sort it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
