What's here, and what it's for

The library, the health audit and our emails are general information about health, food, movement and training. They're for your own personal use. They aren't a coaching service, and nothing here is tailored to you or your circumstances.

No guarantees

We write about the fundamentals because they work for most people, most of the time. We can't promise any particular result. What happens depends on you, your circumstances and plenty of things neither of us controls.

We keep the site accurate and up to date as best we can, but we don't guarantee it's free of errors, or that it will always be available.

Our content

The writing, images, designs and the audit on this site belong to Ever Vital Health. You're welcome to read it, print it for yourself and share links to it. Please don't copy it, republish it, or use it in your own products or services without asking us first.

Your emails to us

If you send us feedback or an idea, we may use it to improve what we publish, without owing you anything for it. We won't publish your name or your email address.
